Greenbay manufactures essential paper products like toilet paper and napkins, running a wide range of machines to keep production moving. Managing it all is complex, so they needed a custom platform to modernize how their operations run. I worked closely with their team to design a system that brings machine scheduling, client orders, and staff assignments into one place. The result simplifies daily workflows, cuts down on downtime, and gives real-time visibility into what’s happening on the floor, so the whole team can see what’s running, what’s next, and who’s on it.
